Our proven and practical approach will provide your organization with the requisite training and ongoing consulting support that will enable you to understand, document and implement a management system that will meet the requirements for certification to the standard(s) you choose. Our involvement throughout the process assures effective use of your resources.

Certification to standards is fast becoming a requirement to do business with the government and many industries. Conformance with standards is recognized to be the highest level of quality assurance that can be achieved by an organization and is considered to be a good indication that the organization has defined its processes and documented its procedures and that they will deliver a quality product and/or service.

G-QMS provides training and consulting services to organizations that will enable them to plan, document, implement, achieve and maintain certification to highly recognized international management system standards such as: ISO 9001,and the AS9100 family of aerospace quality standards.

Our Mission is to provide clients with those training and consulting services that will enable them to develop an effective management system and achieve certification in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner.

G-QMS will support and aid in Development of a Quality Management System with a general understanding of the customer’s operation. Developing a Quality System to be accomplished by observing the operation, visiting the plant or facility, reviewing industry standards, specifications and other materials, understanding company QMS project goals, organization, and using our knowledge of the to develop a preliminary outline of the basic Quality Assurance System.

We will develop policies and procedures that will reflect the industry standards, specifications, code and standard requirements consistent with the customer’s need. Programs are written to comply with Federal Regulations, Nationally Recognized Standards, and the customer’s specifications.
